When condensate Level rises Float Lifts up allowing air (under Pressure) to flow through the hollow stem to the Auto Drain where a diaphragm distends with increasing Pressure and opens a valve. float drops and the control unit wait for the next accumulation. The discharge valve also contains a manual button Which override the automatic operation.
